The Tyne & Wear Metro provides regular services to Newcastle Central Metro Station, just a 2-minute walk from the Pantodrome from South Hylton via Sunderland city centre on the Green Line and from the Coast, North and South Shields via the Yellow Line.

By train

The mainline station is Newcastle Central [NCL].
National services from Virgin Trains East Coast, TransPennine Express and Cross Country call at the station on the East Coast Mainline, alongside regional services from Northern.
Upon exiting the station, turn left onto Neville Street. Continue ahead for 0.2 miles towards Centre for Life. Enter Times Square under the Centre for Life bridge.

By car

Parking is FREE after 5pm in participating Alive After Five car parks. The nearest participating car park to the Pantodrome is Granger Town Car Park, Waterloo Street, NE1 4DP.
The closest carpark to the Pantodrome is Times Square Car Park, Railway St, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AD. 
Alternatively, The Gate Car Park (NE1 5TG), is approximately 8-10 minutes walk and  Dean Street Car Park (NE1 1PG) is approximately 12-15 minutes walk to the Pantodrome.
